When your device matches the model, specifications, and condition you selected and reaches us within 21 calendar days of placing your order, we honor your quoted price.
If the device’s details differ or it arrives after the price-lock period, the offer may need to change. We explain the reason for a revised offer so you can understand the assessment. Our Terms and Conditions explain response deadlines, return eligibility, and the next steps.
